Tofu Salad with Chutney and Raisins
I am featuring this recipe for two reasons, one is that this is a super easy way to make a delicious filling for a sandwich or to top a green salad with and the second reason os to highlight a mayo product I just love. The product is called “Just Mayo” by Hampton Creek. Whenever I have served this to people as a spread or in a recipe like this Tofu Salad with Chutney, people say that it tastes BETTER than traditional mayonnaise. This product is non-GMO, gluten free, dairy and egg free, with nothing artificial. Hampton Creek is an innovative company that creates products using only plant sources to create environmentally friendly, healthy and compassionate food products. You can get Just Mayo at Whole Foods and it will start showing up at large retailers like Costco and Walmart very soon.
